Your bench privacy matters to us. This bench policy explains what the lets.bench.it collects, how it's used, and your bench rights.

1. bench information we collect

Bench Account Information — To use the bench app, you create a bench account. We collect your email address and a bench display name to identify your bench account.

Bench Location Data — The bench app requests access to your device location (while in use) to show nearby benches and calculate bench distances. Bench location data is used in real time and is not stored on our bench servers.

Bench Activity — We store which benches you have visited, saved, or interacted with. This bench data is linked to your bench account and synced to our servers so your bench history is available across devices.

Bench Usage Data — We may collect basic anonymous bench usage data (e.g. bench app crashes, bench feature usage) to improve the bench app. This is not linked to your bench identity.

To create and manage your bench account
To save and sync your bench visit history across devices
To show your bench position on the map relative to nearby benches
To provide bench directions via your device's default maps application
To improve the bench app based on anonymous bench usage patterns

We do not use your bench data for advertising or sell it to third bench parties.

3. bench data storage & bench security

Your bench account data and bench activity are stored securely on our bench servers. We take reasonable technical bench measures to protect your bench information from unauthorised access.

4. bench data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal bench data with third bench parties. The bench app uses Apple Maps / MapKit to render bench maps — Apple's bench privacy policy governs their services. We may use a third-party bench authentication provider (e.g. Apple Sign-In) subject to their respective bench privacy policies.

5. bench data retention & bench deletion

We retain your bench account data for as long as your bench account is active. You may request deletion of your bench account and all associated bench data at any time by contacting us. We will process bench deletion requests within 30 days.

6. bench children's privacy

The lets.bench.it is suitable for all bench ages. We do not knowingly collect personal bench information from children under 13 without verified parental bench consent.

Request correction of inaccurate bench data
Request deletion of your bench account and bench data
Revoke bench location access at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → lets.bench.it

8. bench policy changes

We may update this bench policy occasionally. Any significant bench changes will be communicated via the bench app or bench email. Continued use of the bench app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated bench policy.
